I bought a Wii console and a couple of games a few months ago and haven't used it as much as I thought I would when I bought it. I'm thinking that may be because most of the games (with the exception of Wii Sports) are single player games. I think I'd use the console more, I think, if both my husband and I could use it. He gets bored watching me play, and I feel like I'm hogging the television when I play single player games.
So, my question for Wii users is: what multiplayer Wii games have you played and recommend? See? This time I'm asking for a recommendation rather than giving one.
Neither of us like shoot'em ups, but other than that any games are fine. Thanks for the help!

- Cooking Mama (cooking fun for the whole family...)
- Super Mario Galaxy (the second player doesn't directly join in the fun, but helps the main player complete certain tasks by holding back enemies, collecting star bits, stopping projectiles thrown by level "bosses" etc)
- Mario Kart (just released!)
- Rayman Raving Rabbids
- WarioWare Smooth Moves
- Wii Fit (coming later this month)
- Endless Ocean (Not really a multiplayer game per se, but it sure is relaxing and fun to experience together.)
Suggestion: Check out GameFly for reviews and suggestions on multiplayer games. It's also an easy way to quickly try out games you're considering purchasing. We've saved ourselves a lot of money by doing this.
I would concur on Mario Kart, even though I haven't played it on the Wii yet. I'd also strongly recommend Mario Party. I think the one for the Wii is Mario Party 8.
Thanks for the ideas. I'll have to give those games a look. I'm pretty sure that my other half won't like Mario Kart (he hates driving a car in real life, let alone as entertainment).
